We know we are biased but the Griffin Inn is truly the best place for food and drink in our local area.
Since the new owners Catherine and Ste Garner bought the pub last year they have worked along side managers Colin and Michelle to provide a pub which isn't just a local its the centre of the community.
This year the pub and restaurant have undergone an extensive refurbishment which has completely changed the appearance inside and out giving it a mixture of a modern look whilst still having a cosy traditional feel.
The whole team at the pub have been extremely supportive of our Charity and they made it one of their priorities in taking over the sponsorship of the race changing the name of the race back to its original name The Griffin Grind.
Their commitment on making the pub the centre of the local community can be shown by them arranging and hosting the family fun day after the race from which the proceeds are donated to our Charity The Isabella Rose Foundation.
We couldn't put this race on without their support so thank you all.
